We are not in the tech business. We are in the feel-something business.
Every meaningful technology of the last twenty years won not on capability, but on what it made people feel the moment they used it. The intersection of AI and immersive media is the next of these moments. We exist to ship inside it, not pilot at its edges.
Most enterprise software trains you to lower your expectations. It is correct, it is functional, and it is forgettable. Knowledge workers spend their days inside products that do their job and nothing more. Customers, students, and citizens spend their days at the receiving end of the same products, mediated through call centres and training videos that feel exactly as cheap as they were to produce.
We believe the assumption underneath all of this is wrong. The assumption is that emotion is a luxury, something to be added at the end if budget allows, something that belongs to consumer brands and not to the serious business of training a nurse, briefing a soldier, or onboarding a customer.
Why now
Two technologies have crossed thresholds at the same time. AI has become emotionally legible, it can be warm, considered, dry, present. XR has become accessible, universal devices, not just headsets, can deliver immersive experiences that hold attention the way a film does. Neither alone changes the picture. Together, they make a category of product that did not exist eighteen months ago.
That category is what LIVR builds. Emotionally intelligent agents that live inside immersive environments, and immersive environments that respond to the people inside them. A nurse in Singapore General Hospital learning infection control from a patient who reacts differently every time. A soldier rehearsing an interrogation with a suspect who has a history. A customer asking a question and being met by something that listens before it answers.
Nice idea. Prove it.
The idea of AI that transports real-time expert knowledge to where it is needed is being promised by a lot of startups right now. Fair question: why should anyone listen to us?
Two reasons. First, we are not talking about doing it, we have done it, and we can demo it to you today. This is not concept funding. The technology is deployed and earning revenue. This round is scale.
Second, the Singaporean government does not rush in. The fact that four separate divisions have paid for our AI systems, with multi-year contracts in discussion, is all the validation this section should need.
What this round funds
We are raising £1.5M to do three things. First, to convert our existing government validation in Singapore into a defensible enterprise business across APAC and Europe. Second, to fully productise the four configurations of our platform that customers have already paid for, so we increasingly sell from a catalogue rather than a workshop. Third, to make senior hires who turn this from a founder-led company into the company the technology deserves.
The financial detail sits in The Numbers. The team behind it sits in The Team. Both are open and interactive. Walk through them at your own pace. We will be here. Ready when you are.
